The Hamlet of Arviat proposes the installation of a 250-600 kW solar photovoltaic generation project on Hamlet lands adjacent to the existing waste dump and sewage lagoons. The area covered on the Project Map captures the prospective project area. The project installation area will be less than 10% of the polygon area expressed on the Project Map.
Arviat and NRStor Remotes have come together with the shared goal of implementing a comprehensive clean energy solution that significantly reduces the amount of diesel fuel required to power the community of Arviat
